Having come from a luxury experience at ITC in Agra, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service at this hotel. The breakfast buffet provided a diverse selection, and the staff was notably attentive; Saurabh and Prateek stood out with their excellent service-Saurabh even remembered my morning preference for orange juice. The modern rooms were clean and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such as a flat-screen TV and complimentary toiletries. I appreciated the availability of bottled water throughout my stay. The rooftop terrace offered a nice relaxation spot, and the cocktails were enjoyable. For those traveling on a budget, the value for the luxurious feel, attentive service, and variety of facilities, makes Hyatt Place a wise choice in Jaipur.
